3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once placed cannot be canceled by the customer as food is prepared fresh.

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the restaurant cancels the order, payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, or incorrect / undelivered items occur.

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
